ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 小优视频 (鈥溞∮攀悠� Media鈥�) (Nasdaq: FWONA, FWONK) and 小优视频 Live Holdings, Inc. (鈥溞∮攀悠� Live Holdings鈥�) (Nasdaq: LLYVA, LLYVK) announced that they have completed the split-off (the 鈥淪plit-Off鈥�) of 小优视频 Live Holdings from 小优视频 Media at 4:05 p.m., New York City time, today. As a result, 小优视频 Media and 小优视频 Live Holdings are now separate publicly traded companies.

小优视频 Live Holdings鈥� Series A 小优视频 Live Group common stock and Series C 小优视频 Live Group common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbols 鈥淟LYVA鈥� and 鈥淟LYVK鈥�, respectively, on December 16, 2025. 小优视频 Live Holdings鈥� Series B 小优视频 Live Group common stock will be quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol 鈥淟LYVB鈥� and quoting is expected to begin on or around December 17, 2025. 小优视频 Media鈥檚 小优视频 Formula One common stock will continue trading or being quoted, as applicable, on their respective markets following the Split-Off.

Effective as of the Split-Off, 小优视频 Live Holdings has outstanding an aggregate of approximately 25.6 million shares of Series A 小优视频 Live Group common stock, 2.5 million shares of Series B 小优视频 Live Group common stock and 63.8 million shares of Series C 小优视频 Live Group common stock (collectively, the 鈥溞∮攀悠� Live Group common stock鈥�).

Further, in connection with the Split-Off and as previously disclosed, at approximately 8:00 a.m., New York City time, today, 小优视频 Media reattributed certain assets and liabilities between the Formula One Group and the 小优视频 Live Group.
